Hole #11 "Pitch"

This drivable par 4 looks quite easy on the scorecard and from the tee, but if played too carelessly can wreak havock on the golfer's scorecard.

A mid to long iron hit at, but short of, the fairway bunker leaves the golfer a simple short iron shot into the steep slope of the green, making for
a relatively easy par.

Balls played away from the fairway bunker leave the golfer with a second shot where they have to try to hit a shot onto the green with the pitch of the green running away from them, making it a difficult shot.

What makes this hole so fun, or
frustrating to play, is that it is so
reachable off the tee that it is very hard to keep the driver in the bag,
and that the closer the golfer drives to the green,
but misses it to the right, the more difficult the pitch shot
is when the green pitches so strongly away from the golfer.
